Delaware Practice & Community-Based Research Network (PCBRN) Research Survey

The Delaware PCBRN is a network of primary care practices throughout Delaware that are interested in collaborating with researchers to participate in clinical, health services, quality, implementation, and population health research. The Network includes family medicine and pediatric primary care practices in New Castle, Kent, and Sussex Counties, and whose patients are representative of ALL of Delaware.

WE ARE SEEKING IDEAS FOR PRACTICE-BASED RESEARCH TOPICS THAT MIGHT BE CONDUCTED (AND FUNDED) THROUGH THE DE-PCBRN.

If you are a researcher whose area of research fits the primary care practice context, please fill out our brief survey. We’d like to know about your research, as well as your ideas for future projects that might be conducted through our practice network. Such projects might be funded through the ACCEL PCBRN Pilot Project mechanism.

The link to our brief survey is: tinyurl.com/bde93552 (QR Code below as well)

The survey should only take a few minutes to fill out. Please let us know about your research and your ideas for future projects.

If you have questions please contact Lee Pachter, DO (PCBRN Director, lee.pachter@christianacare.org ) or Barb Debbage, RN (PCBRN Manager, Barbara.j.debbage@chirstianacare.org).
